I hate being rejected, period. After getting myself a SingPass yesterday afternoon just so I could book an appointment online, waking up so freaking early in the morning today and travelled all the way to Outram, I COULD NOT GIVE MY BLOOD ):

Why? Because of my stupid iron count. Again. I didn't even have my period recently!! So anyways the iron content in my blood was too low, at 10.9 g/dl and to be eligible for blood donation you'd need to have at least 12.5 g/dl. I'm SO UPSET. Well at least the doctor who went through the questionnaire thingy with me was cute (: I think he's Filipino or something.
 
So he was going through the questionnaire right and there was this part about whether I've been engaging in sex and stuff. And then halfway through it he was like "Are you single?" Being me, I let out a sarcastic/amused laugh. And he was like "Why did you laugh! You have a boyfriend right..." in his cute Filipino accent. Soo cuteee I tell you and he was like all smiley the whole time. 

To cheer myself up, I went shopping at Wisma alone after the whole fiasco. I love my "Me Time"s... Solitude is really important to me I guess.

This week has been really, really good. I had fun at prom, mostly because of the company of course and everyone looked so gorgeous! We had an MCS barbecue of sorts yesterday and we minahs decided to go cycling first before attacking the food. Have I ever mentioned how much I dislike cycling? For some reason I really have little stamina for it. My butt is hurting like crap now. See this is what happens when you haven't exercised in ages. In any case, I thoroughly enjoyed myself so thank you everyone who have made my week an awesome one! Just some pics under the cut (:

I want more awesome days like these! I think it's quite safe for me to say that December is fast becoming the best month of 2009, period. I got a surprise text from Farah Chian yesterday and we're going to chill and cycle on Monday. I haven't seen her in probably a year... Can't wait! Wednesday I'll be going rollerblading at ECP so that's another thing to look forward to. I've decided to occupy myself with outdoor activities and stay away from them malls. So far I'm loving it, although I might get a couple of shades darker.

So far I've managed to meet/hang out with most of the people I've really missed. Honestly I wouldn't trade moments like these for anything else. I just need to meet Marissa, the rest of my 4/2 darlings, my primary school besties, Iqbal, *, and then I'd be an extremely happy girl already (:
